Refund policy

At Handmade Haven Studio, every item is laser-cut to order just for you. Because each piece is made specifically for your order, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges or refunds for change of mind, ordering the wrong item, or no longer needing an item.

Order Cancellations

You may cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund, as long as it hasn't been cut yet. After that, production may have already started, and we can't cancel or change the order.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

We take great care in cutting and packing every order. If your item arrives damaged, has a cutting defect, or isn't what you ordered, we'll make it right.

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery at handmadehavenstudio@gmail.com.

  • Include your order number and clear photos of the item and the packaging.

  • Once we review your request, we'll send a replacement or issue a refund, depending on the issue and what's available.

You don't need to send damaged items back unless we ask you to.

What Is Not Considered a Defect

Our pieces are unfinished MDF, and each one is cut individually. The following are normal and are not eligible for a replacement or refund:

  • Light burn marks or darkened edges from the laser cutting process

  • Small color or texture differences in the MDF

  • Minor variations from the product photos, which may show painted or finished examples for inspiration only

  • Damage that happens after delivery, or during painting, sanding or finishing

Lost or Stolen Packages

We're not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier. If your package shows no tracking updates for an unusual length of time, contact us and we'll help you file a claim with the carrier.

Gift Cards

Gift cards are non-refundable and can't be exchanged for cash.
